Our supportive community provides the framework for continuous learning and application. We help people live a well-rounded life and find creative solutions to their problems.

  • Alma, author of The Momentum Cycle, fell in love with writing in his early twenties. His goal as a writer is to make life-changing truths entertaining and actionable for his readers.

    In addition to writing, Alma loves board games, sourdough, exercise, and spending time with his family.


  • Karen, co-author of Tandem Momentum, is the heart of the Momentum Cycle. Her unique understanding of human behavior is evident throughout the Momentum Cycle framework.

    You'll find Karen doing pottery, yoga, organizing, or working on a craft with her children.
